Piano Lessons

Welcome to the ‘MeadMusic’ web site for pupils
who have piano lessons with me, and for their parents.

The aim of this site is to provide a way of keeping in touch.  I’ll use it to tell you about dates and future events, to pass on tips and advice, and to draw your attention to useful programs and web sites that I think will help to improve your playing - and maybe make it more fun!

If you need to get in touch with me to discuss lesson progress, or have comments or requests concerning this site, please send me a message.  I’d be specially pleased to hear what you think about these pages.  Are they useful, and what could I do to make them more useful?

  • IMPORTANT MESSAGE.  In view of current Government advice on containing the COVID-19 outbreak, I’ve reluctantly decided to suspend my teaching activities for the time being.  So I won’t be visiting schools or holding lessons at home.  However I can offer pupils some remote assistance with their piano playing using Facetime or Skype.  If you’d like to take advantage of this, please contact me by email in the first instance, and we’ll arrange a day and time for the video calls.
